When I joined the U.S. Army we were given cheap army branded watches to use. That sucks. It didn't last a week. I wrote a place to stay and weeks later got what I asked for. 

A shock casio, the same model that I witnessed many others in the use of my platoon. It survived thousands of push-ups on the sidewalk, dirt, rocks.

It survived a low crawl hundreds of feet through a thick Georgian brush. 

It survived all the mud, sweat and humidity and bangs soldiers could throw it. Now in Afghanistan with me. Convenient to keep under the cuffs of my OCP uniform.

You'll forget it's more there. I though about taking over the band together was nicer but it was too unnecessary, it was durable and comfortable.

I never took it off, wore it in the bathroom and never had a problem.
