I have been buying smaller Fire pills (7 inches) since the beginning and I am currently able to advise to buy this pill.
I have another Fire pill sized (8 Inch) and a new ipad, perfected white new Kindle paper, but the Fire 7 is me going to the tablet. What I'm using it for.
Prime Video, Hulu, Netflix, Youtube. Kindle readers for books and bibles. The books that are heard come from the sound.
Podcast (stitcher). Coixology for comics (old-school Marvel fans!). Instagram (I don't use facebook). Alexa's shared residence automation (my light controls, ring alarms, alarms, and basic questions) works together both hands-free as well as pressing the home button.
I counted playing light games on it, word searches, Temple runs, Angry Birds game series, Yahtzee, Subway Surfer, Crossy Roads, and most others. I counted on listening to Amazon's prime music (Apple music is useless against this device). I especially wear apple eve shoots I fit the watch and listen and it sounds fantastic.
The picture quality is too good. This is a sharp little pill and my favorite size. It feels good on hand alongside solid plastic buildings (compared to the 8-inch Fire, which is becoming more "cheaper").
This is a great pill to use right lying in the sleeping area, which is especially when I use it (ipad 9.7 weight). I became that Amazon went on to get it right along with this new 2019 version. Previous versions were too slow to contain anything, and that's why I would never recommend it especially to a child.
This new tablet is much better, my wife wants it, and I'll buy it for my kids, something I wouldn't have considered before, because of the slow frustration (and the reason my kids took over the ipad and iphone in the first area). As you witnessed this is a consuming device, intended for fun..
not computer or workhorse. I mentioned you were able to check emails and use the pill to chat videos and stop by other echo devices that work together too well and the kids I had fun using it, I counted kudu mentioning that I was part Prime and wearing
Prime photo storage, which is whatever picture I take on my iphone, is visible on my Fire Tablet. My calculated mention of why I wear this to read more comes from my white paper, it's because I like the "curly effect of the page" and how to highlight the parts I'm against the book (I keep wearing my white paper.. however this is just a preference).
The only reason I added these 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the 2mp camera (which I don't use much) and the battery life, which wasn't bad, but Amazon wanted a "star" rating on those two features as well as the pill as a whole. At $50 you can't go wrong.
Plus unless you've got a previous version, trade adequately. I have $10 knocked out and an extra 20% savings. I think I paid about $33. I'll trade in my 8 inch Fire for this size as well. Nice little tablet!
